My Arrington CAI arrived a week ago so yesterday so I took the plunge and did the install last night in my driveway.
I had to fuss with the IAT sensor in the stock air tube but I managed to pop it out with some WD-40 and a flat screwdriver without breaking it. It has a solid plastic cap on the inside so I think that helped.
The install was straight-forward and the heat shield has a nice bracket to keep the stock 6.1 grille scoop in place - a very nice touch IMO. The heat shield fit good too although I had to finagle it into place since I didn't remove the coolant overflow tank which is probably the better way to do it. It bolts in using the stock bolt on a mount on the fender and another nut on the coolant overflow tank.
The clamps are top notch t-bolt clamps. I found that my ratchet only tightened them so far before the bolt got in the way and I had to use a combo wrench to finish tightening.
Here's a picture of the completed install.

The Jeep sounds better too and the 'butt dyno' says it's got some pop in it. I'm hoping to dyno the Jeep in a few weeks so stay tuned ;)
