no steering wheel control althought i heard there is a piece to make it work. and yes i can play dvds, videogames, MOVIES OFF MY IPOD, also control the ipod from the touch screen. the ipod is in my center counsel because i never have to touch it... love it.
everything works while driving. i also had an "on/off switch installed for the rear entertainment. i can run the rear tv off the stock setup or flip on and what ever shows up on my avn shows up in back.

I have a K40 laser difuser. works like a charm. cops try to hit you around 1000-1300ft. it tells them they missed. then at around 100ft it lets lem get you at 10mph under the speed limit!!! the look on there faces when i got from 100 to 50 and they cant prove it is 100% PRICLESS. $400 INSTALLED
AND YES!!!!! IT REALLY WORKS. PERFECT. also should add its legal because its a defuser not a jammer :)

He mentioned earlier that it was a diffuser, not a jammer. Therefore it is legal in MN.
I think I might have to look into one of those....
