I just dropped it off again to do tranny flash, grinding noise, oil change and to look at the tire again. It was at 0 psi this morning. Had to fill it in heavy rain. Filled at 5:30am and it was at 20 psi by 7:30.
I hope they fix all my problems.
They are also doing the mirror tilt function.
I hope the dealer gives me new tires. That would be cool. But I know I will have to fight them because the guy at the desk doesnt seem like a people person at all. I hope in the future I find a good dealer to service an SRT8 jeep.
I am also waiting on the brake fix to be released....Hopefully I get some slotted rotors and pads without the brakedust purge problem....If not I just may have to powdercoat the wheels black. Hell, they are black normally due to the brakesdust.

Don't count on the dealer to replace that tire my friend, go to Goodyear directly, and make sure it's a shop that works with the run-flats! Good luck today with everything else.

ndm - FYI all tire problems need to be fixed at an authorized Goodyear EMT dealer. Your DCX dealer should NOT be fixing your runflats unless they are certified to do so, which I highly doubt. From what I understand, pluggin an EMT tire is much different than a regular tire, and your dealer service department probably doesn't know any better.

Oh crap!!! Maybe thats the reason why I aint holding air! That makes no sense to me. The dealer should be able to fix anything that they sell. Either that or they should have it sent to a goodyear dealer for the repairs. I am not happy at all with DCX.
I hope things get better.
The guy tried to tell me that "last time you were here, I told you that the grinding sound is normal"
Uhm, I am a customer, I aint happy, He gets paid to make me happy until my warranty runs out.
I will not accept any less. He doesnt have to like it or be overly nice to me. But I will have me $40k plus vehicle fixed to my satisfaction. Or I will be making some calls and raising holy hell until my demands are met.
Its not like I am demanding anything out of the norm.

Well, either way, call them NOW and tell them not to touch the tires again. I can only imagine what damage they are causing trying to plug it over and over again. Heck, who knows, maybe now when you take it to Goodyear they will have to replace it. But, make the call NOW.

I let them fix it and things are good now...They filled all the tires and there is no damage to the wheels so far.
They also did the tcm tranny fix and WOW!!
This thing seems Way better. The drive seems more refined. I know others have complained about being slower after the flash but I think it seems faster. The shifts are nice and smooth even at WOT. The shifts in autostick are very quick now....
I am very pleased. Its a breath of fresh air now.
