Does anyone have any experience with these rotors? It's time to replace mine and I am wondering if I should go with the standard cross drilled rotors or the "premium" cross drilled rotors? There is about $140.00 difference between the sets. I spoke with a rep on the phone who told me the difference is that the premiums are a different alloy and will resist warping better... Any thoughts??

You should post this question in R1 vendor section on here and PM him so you will get a better price.

I actually just came in from the garage, a couple of buddies helped me with the install of (4) R1 premium solid rotors and hawk ceramic pads. The rotors are very nice....good bye noise! The install was smooth, job took 2 hours.
I need to bed them; and I knew they would not feel like the factory...but I'm OK wiht that.

I have the R1 dimpled/slotted and the hawk pro ceramic pads. the pads need a little extra pressure. go with the HPS if you want the stock grab.
