I installed the Mopar CAI a couple of days ago. Does anyone have any lag issues from the start and low mileage rolling acceleration? It seems like it takes a lot more pedal (and gas) to giddyup and go. At high speeds (70 mph +) it seems a lot more effective---forget any mileage gains, unless there is a break in period. Any adjustments to make electrnically or otherwise?

I noticed a similar issue when I put the CAI on my Chevy truck, software fixed it right up...so now whenever I switch the computer between aftermarket and stock I always swap the CAI on or off depending on which tuning I'm using.

Mine was like that till I un hooked the batt. for 15 min.

Now it $hits and gets.

you may have installed it wrong if there was a cel. check you sensor and vacum line
also make sure no air is getting in after the maf sensor

The CEL came on becasue i forgot to hook up the IAT before I started it.
Lights gone now----I unhooked the battery again---taking it for a test run now-
