Ok so when i have my lights off in the day I can use the left and right blinker normally - but when i have my running lights on or headlights and I hit the right blinker it goes really fast and it blinks in the front rt headlight but the right rear tail light is totally out. So it works fine when the lights are off but goes weird on me when they are on. The left one works normally  is it a fuse, and what fuse would do that ???

Very strange that it works normally during the day.
But, I can say that when either of the turn signal bulbs go out out (front/rear) the other on that side blinks really fast to let you know the other one is blown and needs to be replaced. Actually, this is normal on all cars. You may already know this though :)

yep, thats what makes this so strange & hopefully not a pain in the @ss to fix - since its not too safe to drive like this at night

I would attempt the easy fix first and replace both turn signal bulbs
hell there cheap enough and available most anywhere....
The reason I say this is that they are a two filiment bulb one for your
parking lights the other for the turn signal and maybe just maybe
the filiments switch places depending on weither the parking light
is active or not..?
I would start with the back bulb since it is dead when the park lights are on.
Just my 2 cents worth:D
