: Jeeps Best Kept Secret.
dodgeboy16 03-11-2010, 12:09 AM A buyer can get at least $5,000.00 in Incentives and $500.00 more for Vets. and there are $750.00 Coupons floating around on the Internet. So a loaded GCSRT8 at $49,000.00 could be picked up for $44,000.00 if the Stealers don't take a Cent off of the Window Sticker. If a Buyer could get the Stealer to split the difference of MSRP and invoice your talking around $42,500,00. So one should be able to pickup a GCSRT8 with everything but the Kicker Speakers For around $41,000.00, no problem. Has anyone seen any Ads telling about the $5,000.00 in Incentives, or is Jeep just going to keep it a BIG SECRET?
Jack
af_maineiac 03-11-2010, 05:38 AM Whatever the case may be, Chrysler sure as hell cannot afford to keep these deals a secret much longer:
http://money.cnn.com/2010/03/10/news/companies/chrysler_customer_problems/index.htm?cnn=yes&hpt=T1
.
The incentives vary region to region. So a 5k incentive in NJ may be 2500 or nothing in Chicago.
RIDKLIS 03-11-2010, 07:52 AM In all seriousness an SRT8 can be had for much less than 44k. Especially if you have or have had an existing lease/buy with your dealership. I bought my '10 SRT8 brand new I got a notice in the mail giving me a lease maturity deal and 13k off of a new jeep.

How is that possible?
RIDKLIS 03-11-2010, 11:52 AM How is that possible?
Masterful negotiation and persistence (I'm in marketing so it's not hard to see through a salesman's BS). I also got out of an existing lease 2 months early. SRT will be here Saturday and that's the price I got it at.
srtreese 03-11-2010, 03:06 PM hello guys,
i live just outside of chicago and they will come 1000 dollars of sticker and that's it. with chryslers 4000 dollars off and gmac's 1000 off that's 5000 but, if you take 0% financing the price is 47000 dollars and finance through gmac. if anyone knows where i can get a fully loaded silver one at a decent price let me know.
cyazo6 03-11-2010, 04:02 PM I work as a sales person for a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep dealer. Let me tell ya there maybe some rebates offered by the manufacturer here and there but the is not a lot of mark up in a new car. Around a grand is pretty common by the time it's all said and done selling a new car at window sticker. There's no doubt that sales are bad for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep.
smoke20 03-11-2010, 07:16 PM How is that possible?
He said he got a $13,000 off coupon in the mail....not really masterful negotiation...but pretty nice.

That's an oxymoron. ;)

If you could provide any link, I would really appreciate that.
landsteam 03-12-2010, 05:01 AM I think they make it hard to find all the rebates and discounts you could get. I had to search around for a week then I was able to get a loaded 2010 for $38,391. At the last minute I found a extra $750 internet coupon for Jeep. I think they should let you know all discounts and not make it a hunt to find them. Maybe set the lowest price without any neg. That would increase sales I think.

Happy to do it. I'm at work but I'll take a picture when I get home.
RIDKLIS 03-12-2010, 08:06 AM If you could provide any link, I would really appreciate that.
As I mentioned I had an existing lease with Jeep and the dealership I purchased from.
I really don't think they were expecting recipients of the offer to go with an SRT, and I would not be surprised if they were losing money on the deal.
I just could not pass it up :D

It took more than just showing them the letter to get the deal, trust in that. Getting them to end my lease early was a whole separate story.
RIDKLIS 03-12-2010, 09:25 AM So I just ran home for a minute to grab something and snapped pics while I was at it. Even though I blanked out my personal info, I'm not comfortable posting the pics here for the world to see, so if you want the photo proof of the purchase, please PM me.
Here's the rebate I received

dodgeboy16 03-12-2010, 03:35 PM by the way, after taxes, the Jeep was a little over 36k. Should have mentioned that
Congrats, I thought I did well with getting over $8,000 off of the MSRP. Do you pick her up Tomarrow?

yep..... Nick, you got the real deal. No need to say more, just pick up that baby and have some fun.
Honesty, integrity and confidentiality are the foundations for trusting friendships. You have a lot of class my friend... and as I mentioned, you really didn't need to prove yourself.

Are these low prices on new 2010's cash OTD or financed?

Financed through GMAC. You can always pay it off early after the first month or so if you have the cash and still get the rebates. Or get Finance to get the rebates then get a better rate some there else.
Shop around and you'll find some great deals through the end of the month.

This is what I'm doing... making my first GMAC payment now. I have two credit unions that would love to refinance this vehicle at a lower rate.
Jeep is offering 0% for 60 months now, but my dealer isn't anywhere near these $36-40k prices I'm finding posted here on 2010's.
I need to proof read more often... LOL! $@#$#@$ Dyslexia....

Depends on where you are. If you go through GMAC in the DC area, there are $5000 in rebates through the end of the month. You can only get $1000 in rebates if you do 0% though.

Yes, & w/the trade of my '06 my dealer quoted me $47900 w/tax on a loaded '10 financed @ 0%. That put the price before tax ~$45900($49520 msrp), which seemed decent until I did the search on '10 prices here.
jpaine 03-14-2010, 03:58 PM I purchased a 2010 GCSRT8 which I ordered in late September and did not arrive until late December. The order was placed with the understanding I did not have to take delivery if I did not want to, or if I felt I wasn't being treated fairly. My MSRP was $49,295.00. The dealer took it down to $46,000 and Chrysler/Jeep rebate at the time was another $4,000.00 off so I purchased it at $42,000.00. I felt this was a good enough deal to make the acquisition. For those of you that don't feel the dealer should make something for themselves you don't have a handle on the concept of free enterprize. I could have jerked around, whined, stalled and maybe done a little better. Or they'd have had someone walk in and seen it sitting in the showroom that wanted it worse than I did and it would have been gone while I was still busy negotiating. I don't profess to being a "master" of negotiations but in the past 10 yrs. I have purchased or leased over 90 cars/trucks for myself and my bussiness. One thing I have learned is if you don't want to be "jerked around" when you don't even know it, you can not take a deal down to the "Quick" every time. I've seen deals talked about on this forum in the $39,000 to $40,000 range for 2010 GCSRT8's. To believe someone was able to buy at $13,000 below MSRP I'd need to see a copy of the paperwork. Sorry but if a deal sounds to good to be true.............well you know the rest....with all due respect.....J
jpaine, you said what I didn't want too. Was your $42k financed or OTD? In my region there's the $4k less for OTD. I've done a quick search ebay, autotrader, etc. & nobody list '10's for less than ~$44k(my guess is that's after the $5k rebate).

I'm selling my 2010 for less than 44k. For 42k I will ship it to any of the lower 48 states. It has 2500 miles on it. Send me a PM if interested. Or look on autotrader. My zip is 21797.
lxtassy88 03-14-2010, 11:21 PM Well I am calling tommorrow on a loaded 2010. I sold my 07 and gotta have another. I am also a Chrysler employee so we are about 5-8% under invoice. I will se what my price is. We have 4000 plus the gmac 1000 here in Chicago area

sorry you don't believe it, at this point, it doesn't really matter to me if you believe it or not. I've provided paperwork to a couple members on here and the jeep is now sitting comfortably in my garage.

My $42,000 was net, plus tax and license fees. OTD. While I did finance some of it the amount was small enough I was best off taking the discount rathe than 0% financing.:)

RIDKLIS, I'm sorry about the negative comments....If you did in fact get $13,000.00 off MSRP it was certainley not a normal offering. I'm not sure what could prompt Jeep/Chrysler to offer that kind of deal to "anyone". Well, I guess you should enjoy yours more than most of us....Happy Motoring....J:)

YEAH! Looking Good, the Silver doesn't show the dirt like the other GCSRT8s. All of my SRTs have been Black but when I ordered the 2010 I gave the Silver a lot of thought before ordering the Black, I think I should have gone with the Silver. Do you know which Dealer they found your GCSRT8 at? Good Luck with Her.

F.Y.I. if you have the Window Sticker, the Dealer the Vehicle was sold to will be on there. Also if the Vehicle was ordered by someone their name will be on there too.

Does anyone know when the Jeep Adrenaline Rush event is going to be over? My current lease is not up until June 15th, so I want to take delivery sometime around June 10th. At the same time, I dont want to miss the current discount on SRT8 in my area - it almost looks too good to be true.

I read somewhere that it's the end of April. Don't wait, I don't have any Idea what your PAYMENTS are but they can't be anywhere near what you can save on the Deals that some of the People on this Forum are getting. If you can get a $49,295.00 for $10,000.00 off or around $39,000.00. Just keep whatever you are Leasing until June 10th then turn it in, meanwhile you'll have your 2010 GCSRT8. Like I said, Don't wait, people are buying these GCSRT8s up at these Prices and when they are gone thats it, Jeep isn't going to make anymore.

Mike,
Go on Jeep's Site and Get all the names of the Dealers in your Area and start calling them. You'll soon find what you want. I don't know where you live but I just looked and found 6 Silver 2010 GCSRT8s within 100 miles of where I live.
