a guy named Bryan that works for Zex/Comp Cams just sold me the
factory looking, removable, nice line to tap the fuel for a nitrous application.
Price is $85 + shipping.
Go to Zex.com for a whole HEMI truck kit, or just to look at the fitting.
Call or e-mail him at 800-365-9145 x583 or firstname.lastname@example.org
I am trying to spray mine next Wed at a track rental.

Just keep in mind that the jeep runs a 5/8 fitting and not the 3/8 like the lx.

i'm pretty sure it's a 3/8. if you're talking about the fuel rail quick connect
04-20-2007, 06:37 AM
....supposedly it is correct, and different than the SRT8 car version?
I'll let you guys know. Thanks for the heads up.
I should have it by Monday at the latest, so if you guys that need one
hold off, I will let you know as soon as I get it.

5/8 is the size of the fittings 3/8 is the cars, been there done that. Also keep in mind the fuel pressure is 58psi and these systems are jetted for 40-45 psi (46n-30f=100hp@ 45psi with 58psi I am jetted at 48n-28f that is still on the safe side).

....so before I even see the part, you are saying that it is wrong?
Are the HEMI trucks? 5/8s? and the cars are 3/8s?
If you look at Zex.com.........check out the new products and view
the systems. The SRT8 car and truck systems have different fuel adapters
The car one is a line with a 90* on each end, the truck ones are a straight
adapter set-up that merely goes in between stock and rail fitting.
thanks for your input.

Sorry I was wrong , the fittings stock are 3/8. I am running a 5/8 line, sorry about that.
04-20-2007, 06:23 PM
.....no problem, the adapter fitting is too tall.
I alerted the Zex guy, so everybody hold off, b/c it's not a bolt on for our
I will have to cut it and fabricate something.
Sorry for the false hope, if I gave anybody that.
I will keep you NOS wanting guys posted.
Off to install the iridium plugs.

I found that one awhile ago, they have to be the same as the factory or they will not clear the fire wall. I used the stock fittings and had TMR put a new line and fittings for the n20, cost $45.
