tonight was the first night i took my truck down to the local drag strip---pretty pleased with the results--i only have 1,300 miles on the truck at this point but from what i read on the forum they get a little quicker with age--i'll post the results below---

13.31@102.31 1.90 60ft. .67 r/t

13.23@103.01 1.87 60ft. .15 r/t

13.24@102.94 1.86 60ft. .14 r/t

13.20@103.25 1.88 60ft. .08 r/t

13.21@103.21 1.86 60ft. .05 r/t

13.20@103.50 1.86 60ft .04 r/t

after knocking the rust off with the first pass i ran pretty consistant 13.2's with only about 10-15 minutes in between the passes--any idea what it would take to crack into the 12.9's ---i was thinking maybe intake, exhaust, and t/stat?---well maybe ill try some of the above and let the truck break in--hope some of the data is helpful---

Nice times. What was your air temp.

With a 13.2 CAI, Cat back, 180 Thermo, and Fan mod to cool it down between runs, You should see 12's. Oh through a B&G in for good measure;)

Good luck!

Very good times then.

Sorry you have to wait for the 07 tune...

I ran a 13.1 @ 104 in 80+ with CAI, Cat back and Thermo.

With 40-60 degree weather 12's are in the bag.

Congrats those are rally good numbers.
I'm sure if you run it in a little colder weather you'll see 12s as is, but with the mods you mentioned definitely.
BTW, those are very nice and consistent times, and your reaction times are very good, they just kept on improving.
you should try to race in a bracket race event.

yeaa--i live in new york and im a red sox fan--i get razzed all the time----i really wanted to stay away from doing any actual motor work and from what i hear the headers cause a cel and thats a no no cause it will drive me nuts but i was just interested in bolt ons cause the warranty is our friend!---and this may be a dump question but can this truck handle being shot down the strip alot?---i only ask out of sheer paranoia because i used to have a worked honda s2000 and everytime i beat on the car something else snapped or blew up--thanks for all the info
