Just wanted to post some pictures of the GSM ported and port matched manifold with phenolic spacers......seems to work.

Picture of stock manifold with spacer and gasket layed on top.....notice the stock intake port is smaller than stock head gasket. The aluminum step is not the sides but the actual material from the manifold runner being smaller than the port.

Yes it would pass......check out my latest dyno test with all parts combos....now i just need a tune!!!

GSM sells the manifold for about $395 exchange.....works great with the spacers!

Sarge, did you get longer bolts with the spacers? Since you are using 2 gaskets?? Scott is sending me another gasket. Not sure if I'm getting longer bolts.

No, ported heads and/or intake won't cause you to fail emissions. Your choice in cam will make or break the combo. Obviously if you're in CA longtubes will cause you to fail the visual inspection as well. Though I'm sure there are a few "friendly" test facilities you can find.

labor is about 150 on the manifold switch and the spacers, its really nice to do them both at the same time

Scott I just ordered 20 bolts and washers from Ryan and he told me you guys are awaiting the push pins, he said they would be there monday. I had Ryan hold off on the order as I need the bolts etc by wednesday of next week, im having the parts next day air to me, can you please let me know if you guys get the pins in by monday and keep me posted.
