Anyone here know the Transfer case model # for this beast???

I can remeber, but this is from the Jeep site: Quadra-Trac® Active On-Demand 4WD. I think it's a combination of two NV cases(NV245+NV140?).

Im just dealing with a company who is looking at making a mod for us to add in a 6th gear or somehow get some highway gears available.. they were asking for the transfer case model # soo ill give them this info thanks..

Combination of two cases (of which I have no clue). The resulting case is called NV146

I wish I could find the info stating which two cases it was. Speed, got it NV(New Venture)146. From wkjeeps.com: SRT NV146. Active full-time single-speed with variable torque solid, electronically controlled clutch pack in center differential and open front and rear differentials.

im gonna forward this info in the morning and ill let you all know if there is something we can do to make things a lil more highway friendly and still maintain the low end...

i've also seen the number MD146 SRT for the gcsrt8.
