Whats a twin snorkel mod please? and I assume your saying just replace the factory irfilter thats in there?

Exactly , replace the filter with K&N and the bottom of the box there's a 3" hole witch you can run a 3" flex tube from underneath to the front of the grill , so a twin way of getting Air in the Box and as good as a CAI .

If I'm not wrong i believe the snorkel mod was proved on the Dyno to give 5-8 HP , nothing noticeable but very good when you Tune the truck it will compliment it very well , But you get what you pay for as the looks are priceless to me .

Bwoody sells a 3.5" and a 4" option The 4" was orginally made for a 85mm-90mm throttle body's( and would require you have a predator for tuning) were as the 3.5" was designed for the stock use.

You're better off making your own CAI than buying this one IMO.
