You can use the silcer cap and the Eibach bumpstop adn that will be fine. The only problem I ran into was that the Eibach bolt that was provided was too long. You can try to see if the stock one will do the job if not you will have to buy one from Bolt Depot. The size of the bolt is a M10 by 1.5 pitch and you will just have to measure your desired length. I am thinking between 60 to 70 mm will work, but don't quote me on that. As far as the front and rear you will not need a spring compressor to get them on. All I did is have a friend compress them by hand and you will be good to go.

I just used the stock bumpstops and have been plenty happy.

Do you have to replace the shocks with the new springs or will they work the factory shocks?

Will work with the factory shocks. I did not change my shocks out when I installed the Eibachs.

I must say the springs and links are awesome!! I really opened the jeep up and went through a turn at 140 and it felt fine :)
