That's right guys. A friend of mine is willing to hook me up with his HID Kits. TechOne is the brand, the relays are included and there is a 2 year warranty on ALL HID kits. Returns only if the bulbs, ballast or relays do not work. I can not issue returns for people that simply "thought it was something else." or order the wrong bulb size. Please check with me for proper bulb sizes. Thank you.

For Grand Cherokee's 2005 + Relays are a MUST. Without relays you will experience the flicker problem. Most places charge between $30-$50 for these relays, but not me!

If you are interested let me know the color you would like (3000K, 5000K, 6000K, 7000K, 8000K, 10000K, 12000K, 14000K.) More pictures to come and more info. Stay tuned.

$250 shipped for one kit.
$475 for 2 kits. ($25 savings.)
$700 for 3 kits. ($50 savings.)

PayPal only please. All prices INCLUDE shipping. Please allow 7 business days for shipping as these aren't "stocked."

Is Techone a reputable company? My HID research is lacking...

In my opinion, yes. I wouldn't put low quality on my ride. TechOne makes a lot of kits you see out there.

I am interested but wonder how they compare to the philips ballasts. I used to have a set of low priced HID but the flickered even with relays.

I would like to hear a review on these. I have used low quality kits before as well. I would like to see some pics of the higher K as well. I like a whiter light.

Plug and play?

Street WK
04-13-2007, 01:02 PM
A higher K would be a bluer/purple light. The lower the K the whiter.

Whoever buys the first kit I will give a discount to and in return I would like to ask for a review on the product. Thanks!

Plug and play. If you take a closer look at the picture you can also see this to get a better piece of mind. I will try to get pictures up of the colors, but they are the same colors as others.

Well Street, SilverSRT8 and I make two of the required 5 total. I would want the 6000K for the lows and 3000K for the fogs. If they look as good as Mango's setup, they are well worth it. Saw his up close at the track experience....FANTASTIC!! I know these won't be Mculloughs, but from the photos posted thus far of your setup, they lokk pretty comparable.

Are we talking auto high beams or auto on/off of the lights in general? So confused....

Street WK
05-04-2007, 08:19 AM
Your auto on feature will still work with HIDs.

Mopower
05-04-2007, 08:45 AM
Has anyone installed both the low and high beams with the fogs? If you are using the Auto high/low feature wouldn't you want to do the highs as well?

I wasn't going to do HIDS as I had read elsewhere that you should not use the Auto High/Low feature with HIDS. I really like the Auto feature on the Jeeps. If you guys are using these fine with no problems then I will have to give it a go.

Cheers.

Barho
The total install was about an hour. We took the grill off to get better access.
This kit is great because they use one relay/wire per set of lights.
I also keep the switch on auto. No problems. I did turn off the high beam/low beam feature. It takes too long to switch to low when a car is coming. Besides, with an 8000K low beam & fogs, you don't need to use your high beams....
Good luck.

Street WK

Than buy from them. I own a website and I can give my phone number. My wholesaler is www.autosgearhid.com

Could you quote the e-mail please. If its $210 shipped including a relay by all means get them from them.

I am working on a website as I speak.

What You'll Find Inside Your Kit
[2] Newest Generation Techone Ballasts

Just curious and you should mention it to mod-express.com that if they are including a relay kit ($40 value) they should advertise it on their site. It would help with their sales.

I can't go lower than $230 shipped (Group Buy 5+). Or there would be no point in me selling these. Once again, there is a 2 year warranty. Most places offer a 1 year warranty. For $20 more you can have piece of mind for another year.
