After over a month of trying to trade my 2008 for a 2010 GCSRT8, everything has finally worked out. The first one I tried to buy had a dent in the driver side rear door that must have been done during prep - but the dealer said it happened in transit and never told me about it. What a way to waste a day with a 3 hour round trip! It was above the door handle and would have definitely required a paint repair. Dealer tried to get me to take it by offering a free mopar exhaust. Just could not do it because my 08 was damage free. The dealer did a trade for another one. This time their prep guy removed the other dealerships label on the liftgate with a metal object. Put over 10 deep scratches in the clear coat. Could not remove them even after buffing it out. Had to walk away from this one too. Dealer did order me one, but I continued to look since the rebates went up in the month of January. Finally found an Inferno Red in North Carolina and everything worked out after a two day trip. I have had the GCSRT8 for two weeks now. Slowly installing the parts off my last one as I have time. The second pic shows the new tinted windows. I will log some miles before dropping it off in the spring for Andy at PWR to bring it alive!

but i want to ask one thing

if i had for example 2006 model and form 2006 till 2010 nothing major changed just some touch ups have been added why should i go for the '10's ?

Interior and front/rear bumpers were the major change in 08. That is reason enough if you prefer black over dark gray leather. I upgraded from 08 to 10 because my 08 had no options in it. Before I did my major aftermarket work, I wanted to make sure I had navi with option package one and two. Besides that, my 10 seems to ride smoother, not as harsh over the bumps. So far, rattles inside are non-existing. My 08 had a rattle from the glove box/dash that two dealers nor myself could fix.
