Hi all,
Ive noticed several people have had parts under the hood colored various colors to match their SRT8. How do you all do this? Do you all remove and paint the parts yourself or do you have it professionally done? Or are the parts purchased in that color? Sorry for sooo many questions. Im thinking of various colors that would match my Red Rock colored SRT8 and im also taking under consideration that my Hemi block is Orange which i believe is standard with all SRT8's. And my last question does any one have any pics under the hood to give me color ideas that would go well.:rocker::rocket::fight::werd:

Usually people powdercoat the intake manifold, strut bar, and the cold air intake.

And then paint various other components!

Nah I do them for everyone here !!!!!

I painted the intake manifold, brace bar (not installed in the first photo), blow off valve, and catch can myself. The HKS air filter and fuel rails (not shown in the second photo) came in red.

I painted the plastic coil covers myself. Not too hard.

wow you guys did some nice jobs. If i paint it myself do i used high temp spray paint? or what else do i use?
