I am stoked.....shattered my previous PB by almost 2 tenths. I ran a 12.40 @ 109.75 with a 1.70 60' at 12:05pm. According to dragtimes the DA was about 640 which is pretty damn good for FL. Anyways I'm really happy but of course HB was not there to witness it so good thing my buddy with the 2010 Camaro SS saw it and I have the slip. I was running pretty consistent in the 12.4's until I screwed with my timing and then ran a little slower. After an hour cool down I added some fuel down low and 2 degrees of timing up top and spun worse than I ever have out of the hole with a 2.0 60' but still ran a 12.68 @ 111.89:eek: Thats a sickkk trap speed. If only I could have trapped that high with a 1.70 60':eek:. Hello LOWWWW 12's.

Yeah I ran the PB on pump gas then I got greedy and put a few gallons of VP 103 in it but could never get the tune ironed out after that. Pump gas is where it's at. Thanks guys!

Lol! I told ya I didn't think the race fuel was worth it on these stock setups although, your mph cam up considerably after the fuel so that says something! My best is only like 110.40 in mild weather on pump fuel and the best I could muster on race fuel was about a half mph slower, but that could be cause I didn't really have the tune right. I tried a bunch of different combos with 100 octane at the track a while back and never saw any gain worth while. It did stave off st retard even when adding timing, but I gained nothing at the track really. You really need a power adder or more compression to take advantage IMO, but because of your mph gain (hp gain) I'm going to revisit my thoughts on the dyno. I'll keep ya posted after I visit Johan again with my new setup on the 6th!

Nothing for me to catch up to. I've gotten Chris everytime I've been at the track with him so I'm confident I would have gotten him yesterday. Esp. since I've added the P&P Manny and my new plugs. The truck just feels sooooo much faster. Only problem is...... will I run in weather as good as he had yesterday. There's only one way to solve this.... we both need to hit the track in Feb. Yup small world it would. Have been a good race on the NOS you would have killed him at the start ,he tan a 1.88 60' , 11.54 was the best he could get , cant wait to vortech my rig so i can try to hang with you 11 second guys , again nice run
