Just a quick vortech question (don't get mad if this has already been asked)
I noticed that vortech offers a powertrain warranty if you have it installed at certain certified shops. But I would assume that to keep this warranty you have to have it installed on a non modded jeep and probably run a specific tune without tinkering with it.
Am I right on this? Is anyone currently running this setup (even without the warranty)? Does anyone know the specifics of the tune that keeps you qualified for it (i.e. is it pretty conservative boost wise?)
Thanks

Sep 15, 2008

This will be available as an option with complete, fully calibrated systems sold and installed in the US and Canada by a Vortech Top Tier Installer. *The warranty term is based on the Vehicle's new car sales date, not the date of the system installation. Tuner kits are not included in this offer.

and its 3/36 from in service date of the jeep, not the vortech.
so if your jeep is 24 months old, then you install vortech, your covered until 36 or 12 more months.
