SRT8 steering wheel and airbag....oh and Max again.....
http://i9.photobucket.com/albums/a74/scottina/41107int.jpg
SRT wheel/bag and interior again....

http://i9.photobucket.com/albums/a74/scottina/41107int2.jpg

http://i9.photobucket.com/albums/a74/scottina/41107int3.jpg

I am very happy with my conversion....next will be the wheels and a cardata.com spoiler. The SRT8 steering wheel and airbag was so easy....and now I have radio controls on my steering wheel. Just a little hint to everyone...the Commander black airbag is the same as the SRT8. Good luck finding a used steering wheel though! Post your comments!

Looks really good:)
I did the same to my 03 GTP when I had it. It was silver with charcoal interior and I painted the interior pieces to match the outside. Did it all myself, total cost about $20 plus couple hours painting. Looked factory to the point that the dealership was asking if it was a special option group lol

Anyone,

I have a new 2007 Grand Cherokee SRT8. I would like to add running boards, however the dealer says the running boards available don't fit a SRT8. Any suggestions where I can find any?

That is Millineum fescue....my only secret is to use a mulching mower...I have a Cub Cadet push mower....also push mow it. Cut the grass tall...I have my mower set on 5. Dethatch in the early spring(use a rake) and add Scotts Halts and fertilizer.(kills crabgrass) 3-4 weeks later weeks later use 19-19-19 fertilizer. Test your soil once a year as well and add whats needed. Do not use contractors seed!!!! Use any fine turf fescue. But cut the grass tall!!!!

Please share more about what you do to your lawn. Thanks.

Hey Scott - one other comment. On my black truck I have been waiting for warm whether to use blackout trim tape and make my chrome window mouldings black, but my truck is black.

On your red truck, I think you could use chrome window mouldings as the black seems to stand out. Just a thought.

even with these mods and adding wheels I will save close to $20K over an srt. Plus insurance etc. PLUS...I DO NOT RACE ANYONE!!!! Most of the time I have my 22 month old toddler with me...that wouldnt be cool. There are no srt badges or wheels.....just the bumpers....thats it. I live in a small town of 12000.....No one around here knows what an srt8 is anyways!

I too live in a small town of about 5000 and no one here knows what an SRT8 is.....:D
