Hi guys this is kind of an introduction post and questions at the same time. My name is Nick and I am a police officer in CT. I might be the proud owner of a 2007 tomorrow morning. I was wondering what you guys think about $45852 out the door. It is the Option group 1, and infotainment package and no nav. Also how many of you guys use this car for a daily driver? Thanks for your help.

got mine for 43K out the door. and use mine as a daily driver. I love this car!! =P

As for daily driver, my wife loves it.

I got a quote of 43k for a fully loaded red rock none the less (07).
When I say loaded I mean the works even the block heater option....(in Fla?)
Go somewhere else officer and please do a better job of negotiating this time ;)

I got my '07 all-options except NAV....OTD price......$45,100. I don't think you are doing too bad.:cool: I think I had to pay a little more than some other guys because I opted for the fastest color.....BLACK........;)

Taxes out there should be about 6% correct? Just to give you an idea of where they are at price wise.......I could beat them by at least $1000 including shipping it to you. If you picked one up from me I would beat them by about $2000. When you go in there tomorrow tell them you know invoice on the vehicle is $41,762 and you wont pay more than that for it. You should still be under $44,000 out the door:D

well i am very desipointed in resale i just traded mine for a gmc denli i had every option but nav 2800 miles and all i got was 33500 trade in call all over and tried different states to but no luck every dealer i talkrd to had at least 2 on there lots and cant give them a way atleast thats what they say the bad part is i paid sticker 45890 i think?

It's normal to get less on a trade then private sale on most cars. The dealer you traded to will probably sell it for high 30's.

off topic....but, my thoughts exactly. I ALWAYS get within $1,000.00 of what I want for my vehicles......(1) Sell privately (Dealers always get their money....that's how they pay the bills) (2) Don't be in a hurry or you'll have to settle for less than you'd like. (3) Keep all of your records...maintenance/receipts....(This makes a HUGE difference when sell privately).

Sounds like a decent trade-in to me. What were you expecting if they were going to sell it for near $40k?

wll a lot more i lived in houston to i bought mine from spring give sticker in dec called thim they offerd 30k flat so i had to trade it out of state up in littlerock to get what i got tried private sell and no calls so i did what i had to do..
