 hey all!! im sure by now u are all gettin to know me and i am deff getting to know all of you and i love the forum!! nuttin but good souls in this place:). i am looking around to lower my jeep. i deff wanna drop it 2 to 2 1/2 inches but i want the truck to be as level as possible. i dont just wanna do springs, i wanna do it the right way so i can get the nicest ride out of it as i can. what does eveyone recommend?? i think the eibachs are only an 1 or 1 1/2.. what to do??

Eibachs are 1.0" front/1.1" rear
Bwoody/Road Magnet are 1.0" front/1.7" rear
My personal preference between the two is the Eibachs.
There will be a coilover option coming out soon......but I don't see the Jeep being able too go much lower than the two options currently available. Reasons, in the front the upper ball joint already has a nice angle to it and you only have so much adjustment from the factory to get camber back within spec. In the rear there is only so much room between the rear axle and the exhaust, bumpstops, etc...

does the truck even look lowered though with the eibachs?? i feel like it wont even make a difference as far as the visual goes..

If you drive in the city I wouldn't recommend it. I know a few guys that lowered and switched back because of crappy roads.

Yep, you really notice the difference if you are next to a stock height SRT8.
Stock shocks are working out fine for me.
Ksport is making the coilovers that Paul is going to be selling, if I remember correctly.
Here is stock and Bwoody next to each other. The tires on the lowered are not the stock size but it gives you an idea.
