Last night was a bear as the track hadden been raced on in 2 week and the traction was terrible. I met up with LYLE,PAULIE AND ADAM. We all had traction problems exspecially PAULIE WITH HIS BLOWN 426 JEEP. He had to just ease into it to keep the wheels from spining as his 1st run looked like he was driving on ice lol. Both me and LYLE were running real close and we ran almost a dead heat at his 8.124 to my 8.126. ADAMS 5.7 charger was flying even with traction problems. He was running 8.40s @ 86 mph and that flying for a 5.7. PAULIE last run was about as good as it was going to get with his traction problems. He did pull out a 7.42@94 mph against LYLE AND A 7.76@94 MPH WITH A SLOW 60' OF 2.08 against me as he went by me like i was tired to a stump. I had PAULIE by .656 at the 60' lite and he still beat me by .0471. If he hooks hes gone. OK here my times. I talked to PAULIE about the wt differance between his hood and the stock 1 and he said not much so theres no wt savings there. I guess ill have to live with my race wt of 5190 lbs.

All in all, another good night. Think Jim got the best of me last night with his 8.08. The Medics appearance was a surprise as well as seeing Eric (Envied). His beasts tune is being finalized and it shouldn't be long before we see him back on the boards with some times! Talking to him, I know he can't wait! Sarge, where you at? Haha!

Sounds like you had some fun! I'd give up all that good DA in the fall for some open track time NOW. You guys have all the fun (now).
