Attention all Billet Tech Customers with pending orders from the Holidays.
First and always, many thanks for your business. We hope you all had a Merry Christmas and a great holiday. We would also like to extend warm greetings for a Happy and Healthy New Year.
At this time I want to take the time to give you all an update on pending orders anyone may have placed during the Beat The Clock Sale as well as any orders placed during the holidays. The response was huge and we are nearly out of stock on the bulk of our most popular items. We have taken nearly 500 orders in the past 20 days, and for this we thank you! We wanted to let you all know we are working diligently to fill the orders as quickly as possible. One problem we have at the moment regarding any anodize parts is the fact that one of our anodize suppliers suffered a chemical fire on December 16th. All parts that were at that supplier have been moved to one of our suppliers in Pompano Beach who does most of our coatings on our military work. They have agreed to dedicate some tanks for us on our automotive needs to help get us out of this bind. Our other supplier is closed until January 4, 2010 and we have parts awaiting return to us and we have parts ready to go there also when they reopen.
We do have material in bound to us also to begin machining any of our products that are running low. We certainly appreciate your patience as we work thru all the orders. The lead times on many of our products may be as long as 6 weeks, but realistic you are probably looking at 4 weeks. The team here will be working 14-16 hours beginning January 4th to get everything knocked out on all low stock items, and some other new items yet to be posted about that have been in the pipe as well. Rest assured if you need a park lock out, we always keep those on the shelf and there is no wait times there.
Once again, our thanks for all your support not only in December, but for the whole entire year. You guys make it happen for us and we appreciate you all. We are looking forward to 2010 and the first major event of the year at Spring Fest! Happy New Year!
