I got an estimate of $100 to tint the front door windows. Is this a good price? This company tinted all of my windows back in 1998 on a blown Grand Prix and did a great job. So I know the work is good but 1998 was the last time I had a car tinted so I'm rusty on price. Thanks in advance.

$100 for two windows is a bit steep IMO.

ive been quoted 100$ per window alot here in canada... foud a good place who did my 2 fonts rear fogs and 3rd brake light for 150$CDN

I paid $70 Cdn for front windows, but didn't get the fancy microedging that Hallstar was talking about. Couldnt find anyone who did that and since I have never had it before I just went with the usual. Used a connection I had at the dealership I bought the truck from. I would say $75 to $100 would be normal quote, but I only think the job is worth $50.

$25 per window is usually the going rate, when not doing an entire car.

I payed $80 with lifetime warranty.

I paid 75$ and comes with a Warantee that if you get a fix it ticket for front window tint, they will take it off and replace it for free =) good for ticket happy cops down here.

I paid $165 for both fronts, rears, cargos, rear window, and winshield strip. $100 for just 2 windows is robbery.

Go somewhere else. I paid $50 for mine.

Usually you get what you pay for. I would be surprised if you can find a shop that will install a quality film like Lumar and spend the time to do a perfect job with a microedge for less than $40 per window.

Computer laser cut $75 in Staten Island NY. Any shade you want. 20% matches the back.

I think it depends on what type of tint is used also. I paid 90 for 20% on my fronts and my window strip.

We charge 65 for 2 front with a liftime film. 55-80 is normal.

You should be able to get an excellent job, micro-edged, for no more than 75 bucks. I think must tinters offer a lifetime warranty(as long as you own the car).

Damn CHP, got my second tint ticket in a month (last time was the Charger) yesterday for tint. This was my first citation in over three years!

I was also wondering about this. I wanted to tint the windshield, but Im worried that it will affect the sensors for all the automaic light BS. Thanks
