Has anybody had any experience with their
SRT for service there in Redwood City? Person to talk to? ask for? Etc???

I have and there really not the nicest, arrogant and not exactly the most helpful. I am only 19 though so perhaps being older is advantageous. Anyways they have helped me with what I have asked but never nothing more than that. The people in the parts department are very friendly however.

Boardwalk really isn't in my area. Stevens Creek Chrysler Jeep is where I went. You could even try Sunnyvale Jeep Dodge.
