I may be looking to upgrade from a 2008 to a 2010 GCSRT8. The 0% financing is looking really good right now. How much of a discount were you able to get off the sticker price and what dealership in which city/state did you buy it from? It is a pain calling dealerships trying to get their best price when the vehicles are located out of the state of Alabama. Thank you for your help.

Hemi,

I just traded an 08 GCSRT8 in on a 2010 GCSRT8, MSRP $48,435. With my Trade it was $8,812 + T&T. The Dealer is ordering 2 more GCSRT8s along with mine. The Dealer is ReedmanToll in Langhorn Pa. 19047. 1/800/919/8200 ask for Jim Hughes. There aren't many Dealerships that have GCSRT8s but the ones that do are moveing them pretty fast and reordering. Good Luck with your search. You might want to talk to Don, right here on this Forum

I don't think you really answered his question, you'd need to show what value they gave for your trade.
I just picked up 2 new black loaded ($49,295 MSRP) ones today. I used my 2006 as trade on one as well. I paid $39,911 plus TTL.

I will clarify my purchase so I am not full of anything. The first one I bought using my 2006 as trade plus the $4k cash rebate plus the $500 loyalty plus the $750 web voucher. It's MSRP was $49,295, I paid not including TTL, $39,911. For the second car a matching pair if you will, they're exactly the same. I did not pay a penny out of pocket, so the price before TTL was $43,911. I could not use the $4k rebate on this but still was able to use the loyalty again and another web voucher with a different certificate number. I did mislead if I implied I bought 2, each at the $39,911. I could've, but I opted to finance the second. Hope that clears it up.

Which dealership and how did you find the internet coupon? The best I am finding is just invoice pricing. Want to be a little lower than that, but the coupon would definitely help.

I just picked up a new 09 and got 13000 off msrp. Not sure if it is a great deal but I am happy with that.

I don't think my dealer has anymore coming in, maybe an inferno with just option group 1. I kinda cleaned them out on one transaction.
As far as the web voucher goes they come and go, keep trying. It was ironic how I found mine. I had started to search for used SRT8's on various websites to see if maybe I wanted to buy used. As soon as I had surfed away from Jeep.com (shopping for new) and over to autotrader.com looking for used ones, the voucher offer for $750 popped up. Their marketing program is pretty good because I was almost resigned to keeping the one I had and just buying another used one. Then up pops the voucher and I scored 2 of them. In case anybody else wants 2, all you need to do is send the second one to a different email address than the first. That is the only way you can get different certificate numbers.
Hope this helps.

I'm not sure how you found a "NEW" 2009, But if it is New and not a demo,It sounds like a good price. Best I could do on a 2010 was $39800 after all rebates with a sticker of $49520.

i was able to find a $500 coupon for a local dealership. The Jeep website says that they have one in stock and one on the way. Looked three days ago and the Jeep website said there were none local. I will call tomorrow to see what they really have. The coupon has to be presented when you arrive at the dealership or it is voided. Might as well wipe my you know what with it. They will just compensate when figuring out the price of the car. Will try to see what price they give tomorrow. Can always work with them on trade in price or try to get a free mopar/corsa exhaust. It sucks not getting Chrysler employee pricing anymore!

I was lucky. I ordered my 08 from the same dealer and sold it back to them 9 months later. I have talked with them a few times and when I heard that the 2010 may be the last year, I told them to give me a better deal than in 08 and I would take 1. I called 10 other dealers and was able to get 500 better than my dealer. I called my dealer back and told them I got a better price and thanked them for there time. The manager than said that we would match my best price and take 390 more off that. I placed the order that second. I also get supplier/Affiliate pricing. Its about .8% below invoice. Than I still get all discounts. I also got the 750 internet bonus.
The SRT8 isn't a discounted car. If anyone can get 1 less than MSRP they did good. The Dealer I work with is all about volume and not top dollar for every car sold. I got very lucky.

ernest, you did well. It pays to keep the relationship going over many years with the same dealership. My purchase was a 1 stop shop, I'd never been there before and it's too far for service work so I may never go back.

razorSRT8

It was brand new. I took delivery with 11 kilometers on it. I was told it was the last 09 available that was not a demo. The MSRP price in Canada was 64515 fully loaded, which includes the gas guzzler tax of 4000. I paid 51500.

I am happy with the price, I do think I could have negotiated harder and got another 2k off if I would have gone home and had them chase me. I was driving by and saw it and went home with it 2 hours later. I think they also paid to much for my trade in.

I thought it was too good to be true so I made some calls and thought it was a good deal.

I had a heck of a time finding one - there are NONE in northern California. I got mine out of SoCal, they shipped it to me - sticker was $49900, i paid $43000 + TLL, appearantly others got better deals than I did, but they paid me $26k for my '07, which was higher than any dealer offered me around here ($22-23k on average).

I thank everyone for their help, especially jms935. It took 5 days, but I finally got the $750 bonus to pop up on autotrader.com. I can verify the deal that he got, mine was very similar. I am buying a 2010 inferno red that stickered for $49520. without taxes/doc fees included, after the friends discount, $4500 rebate and the $750 coupon my price was $38542! I received $200 below employee pricing. Plus, they are installing the mopar/corsa exhaust at their dealer employee pricing of 25% off. I was originally looking for a black vehicle, but they wanted $2200 more since they would have to get it from their sister store. He wanted to move the one on his lot that had been there less than one month and decided to use all of his hold back cash. I spent two weeks dealing with dealerships and finally found one with great pricing like jms935 had.

Why are you guys trading in 08's for 10's??? 06-07 trade for 08+...OK

But 08+ have damn near the same features

And all these yearly trade ins? What the heck?

Guess ya'll don't care about customizing or modding your cars

My 2008 had no options - no nav, no kicker and no option package 1+2. This 2010 is fully loaded. The reason I wanted to do something now is because of the future aftermarket work. My headers, cam, heads, intake manifold, 90mm throttle body and UDP are sitting at PWR right now waiting for install. It was originally ordered for my 2008, but had the chance to get a 2010 fully optioned before all these parts were installed. Now, I will be keeping the 2010 and not trading every other year.

Way to go HEMI420!! What an amazing deal!! I think there were some doubters about my deal, and you just made me jealous of yours. See, these posts do help all of us. I would not have gotten such a good deal without this website. It helped me get 2 good deals, and then I helped HEMI420 get 1 unbelievable deal! I bet that's the best deal had on a 2010 yet, who wants to wager?

Would love to see that contract. That is $708 better than my price and I got all of the hold back ,affiliate price,500 military,750 internet bonus.
What is the friends discount? How did you get employee did you have a pin #? You got a great price. I pick mine up next week. I would love to save $700 more. Any help would be great.

Friends and family discount is the same as the affiliate program. I have multiple family members that have retired from Chrysler. That gave me 1% below invoice pricing. The rest the dealership did on his own with their hold back and whatever else. I was shocked at the price also. I will see on Monday when I pick it up if it is true. No contracts have been signed, just an e-mail with all of the cost data. I was originally looking at a black one that was at their sister dealership in NC, but they lowered the price three times on the inferno one that I am buying. They just wanted to clear what they had on their lot. Not sure what type of sales goals they are trying to meet. Salesman said the vehicle had only been there for three weeks. I did nothing special besides keep telling them that I really wanted the black one.

Believe it or not, I refused to buy two Jeeps that week! When I went to pick the first one up, it had a dent in the driver rear door above the door handle. It is going to need paint repair since it had a chip in the paint. Dealer found another one in Louisiana and I went three days later to get that one. Prep guys in the back used a razor blade or metal object to remove the old dealer label on the liftgate. It had around 10 deep scratches in the clear coat that they could not buff out. After all was said and done, dealer has ordered one for me that should be in around early March. I have no obligation to take it, so I will continue to look in the mean time. But that dealer was giving me 2750 more on my 08 trade than any other dealer in Alabama. Do not buy 2010 GCSRT8 with VIN 120679 or 109817. My deal will not be as good anymore since I lost the 750 internet coupon, but at least 4K rebate is locked in and I believe the 500 loyalty cash is good until March 30th. Dealer said January 7th or 8th is the last order day for 2010s.

i watched him put the order in the system and send it. I can only believe what he tells me right now. I will follow up next week to try and get some build info. If the Jeep website would ever post the new January incentives, I could start work on finding another one and start all over with the dealer trade in price on my 08.

Yea, they're a bunch of douche bags over there. The first time I ran across Orange Coast was in '91 when I was looking for a XJ... the typical sales pitch "price is only good if you buy today" crap.

I looked at a Silver 2009 there a year ago and they wouldn’t move off MSRP... so I bailed.
