There are plenty of those systems out there, you can add them aftermarket. Pretty easy, it just taps into the leads off the door panel switch. Small relay is all you need.
They are also very easy to circumvent, as most manufacturers have "universal codes" that can be used. Thieves know this too.

ya the thing your refering too i have the same thing on my 07 but mines a muti seat memory button so if say my girl drives this she can store her foot pedal and seat settings and put it into memory then when i hope in i can just hit setting #2 and the seat auto adjust and my pedals will do the same..im sure some of you guys already knew this..

Different thing. If you go to the eBay link you'll see he's talking about a non standard door entry combination system underneath the exterior driver side door handle. Not for me. Dealer should have cleaned the engine instead - looks like it's come through a dust bowl.

I bought that same system for my last car and never got around to installing it, partly because I couldn't find a good spot for it. You have to drill 5 holes (one for each button) as well as two mounting holes, then you stick that flexible plastic cover piece on top.
I sure as hell wasn't about to drill 7 holes through my door skin so I was thinking about somewhere hidden like in the front bumper under the license plate. The idea is that you can to the beach or go jogging and lock your keys in the car.

My wife's 99 and now her 06 expedition has that and she loves it. It is placed below the door handle. You never have to worry about locking your keys inside. Pretty cool.
