Is the 500whp a correct number. Seems that it would be able to handle 1000hp???????? Is this like a "locker"? Where both rear tires spin at the same rate? Would this axle be able to hold a full set of slicks with a really hard launch? My 8.8 rear diff with the Detroit TrueTrac is a true limited slip and is clutchless. It will handle slicks and a ton of hp. Bill TonySRT8 12-18-2009, 12:10 PM Even after all these months.
