i dropped the beast off at the body shop on november 16th because someone got the bright idea to back into the front end after i parked in the wide open away from shopping carts and other cars..

in the mix, my mirror somehow ended up busted..

so my question is, how long does it take to get an OEM mirror or any other OEM parts? the body shop received the wrong mirror the first TWO times. that was 2 weeks ago.

o yea, the icing on the cake is that i payed to have the whole jeep buffed and detailed which was done two weeks ago. i called to make sure the jeep was in the body shop and they said, o yea it is inside and it wont move till its done. BULL****TTT!!! it has been outside since then.. in the rain, snow and ice...

And yeah that sucks about them leaving it out. I've always hated having to deal with any of them. Unless a really high end place, just too much chance for things to happen. Inside, unless wrapped in plastic when not being worked on all kinds of dust and crap gets into all the crooks and crannies, and outside it's vulnerable to any ahole moving around the lot.

Hope you can step up and get them to re-detail it.
