i don't know much about tuning and thinking of pulling the trigger with modern horsepower for b woody's intake predater programmer and and their tune for around 970. Price isn't the question but have heard of knock concerns and this 2008 is my daily driver. Is the upgrade come with a risk should I just get the programmer and intake and use the 91 tune to play it safe or is modern horsepowers tune safe? I have heard of a lot of good things about them. Just figure I would ask the experts on this awesome site. My rig is 2008 redrock 17,000 miles all stock

Andys tunes are safe, i ran his tune on my jeep for the first 25000kms of its life and ive never had a problem.

I am running Andys tune in my '06. It is my daily driver and I have had absolutely no issuses at all. The tune is amazing. I thought the Predators 93 CAI tune was great until I pulled the trigger on the MHP tune. Holy crap what a difference....go for it you won't be disappointed.

15K miles on the Andytune and she is still knocking them down in the streets.

did you have to do a lot of emailing back and forth to get the tune correct, or is the ones he sends all set? Do you get a lot of detonation recordings etc at WOT?
