I was at Englishtown today and there were 3 Jeep SRTs. Most runs were in the 13.3-13.4 range but one was able to pull off a 13.079 @ 102.56 on a 1.81 60' time. Very impressive.

Black one in the 1st picture is me. Ended up doing 13.2 at 103mph. Kept shifting too late. The silver one in the picture with me is a friend of mine. It ran 13.1 at 104mph. Tree'd him and got there first on all 3 runs, but his truck seems to make more mph. That silver one is for sale. Both our trucks were stock.

I heard about the silver one that ran 13.0. Impressive. He was leaving as we got there. Congrats.

I think you heard about it from me, I remember telling you in the staging lanes.

I also saw a bunch of SRT Magnums, 300s, and Chargers run. They were all in the 13.2-13.5 range at about 104-106 MPH. The Jeep launches harder than the LX cars, but the LX cars are catching up at the big end.

I ran 12.8 there last weekend. Nice runs for stockers.

are you guys running automatic or slap stick on the 1/4 runs?

I ran with traction control off on all 3 runs. I was the black one. I ran a 13.3 on automatic, then a 13.2 on automatic, and the slap stick on the last run, 13.2 again, but it hit limited on every gear. Trap speed did go up ahair with the stick thing vs. full auto. I've never really used this thing until that day. Not like a real stick car, at all. I think if the slaps were timed better, the truck would ran 13.0, maybe even 12.9. Also, on the launch, I think with more seat time in the truck, the 60 foot times may go down a little as well.

Might go try it out again this weekend. We'll see what happens.

Yea sort of normal. You have to take into consideration tolerances from the factory(THE FACTORY FREAK). Then all the different tracks these beasts are running at. NJ English town is one of the fastest tracks around. Air temps, Humidity. These hemi's need cold air big time. If you have lets say my jeep, you run it in Fla with 80 degree heat and 50% humidity, and get a 13.1 like i did. Then take it to English Town and have 50 Degree temp with no relitive humidity you could easliy see high 12's on the same setup. same with some of these dyno #'s

not rediculous, weather/track conditions do make a significant difference.
