I noticed on most under hood pictures of members SRT's and Every single ones are missing the head light cover , why :confused:? Mine did till i look under the hook of a 5.7 Limited , so i went and bought both sides for $19.98 Tax included at a local dealer . It gave it a clean look specially on not being able to spot the HID wiring underneath .

After 06 the covers were deleted from the factory. zthe bean counters at Chrysler said lets cut this 2 dollar part. :(

I kept mine from the 06 5.7... installed them with a little 3M two sided tape as the headlights do not have the tabs to keep them in place. Now I need to find a coolant tank from an 05 - 07... the ones they have in there now look like s*&t!

they probably did for te SRT like they do with the corvette Z06, take off all the little parts so it saves every tiny bit of weight to give it a better time...but then in the end they fill all the lessed weight with other stupid options, computers, and sensors...so end result is nothing..lol

Ryan and I tested out his light cover on my 09 and it didn't fit. I'm not sure that part number will fit on an 09 (unless there's an 09 version for the WK).

^For some reason on the projectors the covers wont fit properly. Non projectors they fit because I seen it.

I actually order those using my friends 05 5.7 Limited VIN# but i did test fitted on mine first so same part numbers for all i guess .

I was ready to go get mine but now I'm in limbo.I have an 09 with projectors,will those part numbers work for me or no?I was just gonna see If I can find them online since I avoidd the stealersjhip at all costs.

The covers on my projectors have this P/N molded into them:
Right: 61A-1808-0232
Left: 61A-1808-0231

One of the tabs lines up, the other does not. No big deal, they aren't going to go anywhere.

Yea, I remember everyone telling me to do it once I put my bwoody on and posted pictures. I'll be going to the dealer and ordering me some :)
