I have found dried coolant on the left side of the engine bay for some time.....it recently got worse.

The factory radiator cap has a center cap that seems to leak and spray once the coolant reaches temperature. Sure enough I replaced it with Stant 11334 and the leak has stopped. The spring in the factory cap also felt weaker than the new Stant cap.

The Jeep is not listed so I told them a 06 SRT8 Charger. This cap has a lever release but a non lever release is also available.

At Autozone I just asked for an 06 Grand Cherokee lever lock type - I think it was a CRT brand one - no problems & 300 miles on it so far
