: Woo Hoo... new PB finally!
Harrison@Stage6 11-21-2009, 02:54 PM Chris and I went down to G'ville for a daytime T&T for a change. I finally broke my barrier with a 12.55@107.38. Had an 1/8th of 7.996@85.73. That was done at 12:34pm for you "correctors":D. Chris ran 2 PB's on and off the bottle but I'll let him make his post. I will say that on his bottle run, there was a poor new C6 that ran a 12.8 against him. His buddies were egging him on to run him since he was running mid 12's all day. Poor Vette. All in all..... it was a great day! FINALLY!
DA was +1244 when I ran my PB too, but finally had 55% humidity instead of the usual 95%!!

Nice job Harrison.......:D........I know you've been dying to break that 12.5/107 mark, and now it's a done deal. Next it will be a 2 handicap on the links!!!! (unless you're already there of course).
It's great that we're finally getting some of this nice fall weather and temps here too. Screw the weather though, I'll just attribute it to "driver improvement". Again congrats.
lchevere 11-21-2009, 03:53 PM Congats on your new PB. I knew you had it. Did you use the new TCM?
DevssrT 11-21-2009, 03:59 PM Congrats on the new PB buddy!!

Very well done and hope you can improve as the weather may even get better. Only thing left is get rid of the boom box and gain another tenth lol. Seems all the N/A 6.1 guys will be trying to catch WADE as his 1/4 mile is 12.50 and his 1/8 mile is 7.97. At my race wt ill never catch him lol.

hawkman996 11-21-2009, 04:41 PM Congrats Harryballz.....I was geeked out about it when I got the text at work. You deserve the 12.5@107! :)
My co-workers think I'm obsessed with my jeep and going that extra .1 faster. That is what racing is all about I told them....you'd think they would know that working in a bike shop.
I really wish I could have been there today as Orlando sucked last night with all the cars breaking.
BOYCHIKS 11-21-2009, 06:20 PM Congrats buddy!! :D
hawkman996 11-21-2009, 06:26 PM Where is Chris's post w/his time?!

Thanks Ted..... the air was fantastic today. Surprising how I can run better in a higher DA and lower humidity than a DA cut in half and more humidity. Florida sucks sometimes. I'm sitting here at the house now with all the windows open and the back sliding glass doors open. Ahhhhh..... fall in Fl. Not too bad.:D
Not a 2 YET............. but I'll take my 3 I am now.:D
Congats on your new PB. I knew you had it. Did you use the new TCM?
Thank Luis. I used the TCM for the first few pulls. I pulled it out and advanced my timing 2* and BOOM, went from mid to low 12.6's to 12.55. I left it out and will leave it out. Gonna send it back to JT. There's more left in it. I know I'm not done. I had to leave before I could finish dialing it in. I think I'll see 12.4's next. Forgot my damn laptop so I could datalog what I wanted. Oh well, always next time.
Congrats on the new PB buddy!!
Thanks Ryan..... I appreciate it.

Thanks for the correction Jim. I do take my sub out when I run. I also take out the rear floor. I'm not worried about Wade's time. I'll eclipse it soon enough. My tune isn't dialed in like his.

We were thinking about ya bro...... and talking some poo about ya too! There's nothing wrong withbeing obsessed with your ride. If they're not obsessed with theirs then they have issues! Glad you hit your brakes last night and didn't lose your ride. That would have SUCKED!! Again, another reason why I don't go to SpeedWorld
Congrats buddy!! :D
Thanks Johnny...... appreciate it bro. It was fun.:D

Yeah.... and I'm pretty psyched about it. He's running a bigger cam, 90mm TB, AND a ported intake over me. So yeah, I'm pretty happy. My streak continues with me vs. him...... until he sprays. We had fun though. He did get me a few times. I completely blow my tires off and cut a 1.9 60 ft. time. That was the first 13 sec. I've run in a loooooong time. Ran a 13.1!! HAHA.

I know exactly what you mean. Steffan (scam397124) and I haven't had a chance to run each other, but we've also been competing for who has the better time between us. (He's got me beat for the time being! :D) It's really interesting because we're both running a similar setup, too...
.
Harrison@Stage6 11-22-2009, 10:22 AM I want to get into the .4's or .3's with stock heads. I think that woul be sweet! Chris and I only live 15 mins from each other so we see and run each other often. Chris has got a screamer up top that's for sure. He'll get me on roll runs but at a light it's me. There's nothing like having a bud to keep you going faster and faster.
Blown-WK 11-22-2009, 11:04 AM If we had both of our powerbands combined we would be flying. Your low end and my top end would be low 12s for sure.
Harrison@Stage6 11-22-2009, 04:25 PM Our cams need to have sex with each other and have little baby cams.:sex:
