THATS IT, CHRIS!! You owe us from E-Town on 10/21. Everyone who was there gets a run. Lol. If I get a run, I'll destroy "the video" from that night. Lol.

Nice man, I made about 5 runs in BJB's jeep in Charlotte. I gotta spray some juice through mine to feel that kind of acceleration:D

Sorry about the title guys, just wanted to get your attention. HOLY CRAP!!! that thing is FAST.

One more thing, Bill's tranny and stall converter are amazing. The Jeep's hood never came down during shifts. Hell I don't even remember it shifting!! It was like a straight pull then again, it was all one big blur. Blood rushing to the back of my head . . .

All I remember is:
tree goes yellow, left foot on brake, rev to 2500, light goes green, stomp right foot, OMG hold on,, Oh SH!T, hit the brakes. Whew..... I wonder if I can sneak another run . . . damn, there's Chris.

Yeah, the bug has bitten me hard. I'm posting everything that's not nailed down on eBay tomorrow :D

haha, thats awesome Peter. I don't think I would want to drive that beast because my jeep would feel like a prius afterwards!

Props to Junior for letting you rip it down the track.

Awesome Peter...but I think I feel the same way as Dave...I would rather not drive it, so I don't get in mine and feel so insecure and insignificant, LOL!

This is true! I figure it's like dancing with a super model and then going home to the wife, no real harm right? :D [honey, if you're read this, it's just an analogy!!!]

Besides, I'm dreaming of a 426 or 440 in the future, so this will definitely spur me into saving/funding that sooner rather than later. If anything, it made up my mind of whether to go S/C or N/A route.

I would like to drive an S/C Jeep just to compare though.....

Peter, Peter, Peter....don't make comments that could get you in trouble with the wife, you want her to say yes to you getting the 426 or 440, LOL!!!!

This is true Matt!! I say this in all honesty, I love my wife to death but she doesn't really get the whole 'car thing'. She puts up with it more than anything else because she sees how much joy I get from it.

Having said that, you probably know this already (and if not, you'll learn it quick once your married), it's easier to ask for forgiveness than to get permission sometimes. This will be one of those times :D

Besides, she can't tell the difference between a stock 6.1L and a 440 by just looking at it.

I here ya Peter!!! My fiance is the same way, she can't believe how much my vehicles mean to me, but knows that it makes me happy, so she deals with it!!! Oh, and I have already learned about that "forgiveness" line, LOL!!!!!
