I am going to start a post here to get things going and will be making major changes along the way for coordinating caravans to and fro, hotel info, etc.
Let's have as many Forum members as possible!
I am going to cover 300cforums.com, lxforums.com, chargerforums.com and cherokeesrt8...
so bear with me while I get this put together over the next couple of days...

We will be driving up on Friday - December 1st from southern california and staying the night in Monterrey, CA. on Friday - attend the track experience - all day Saturday - stay the night again on Saturday - and drive home on Sunday...
so plan on the entire weekend unless you live close

You've heard of the 'SRT Track Experience' here on the boards, you may have even participated in one.
This is an opportunity to get together with your fellow LX’ers for a fun weekend and drive their cars!

Fee:The cost to do this event was including in your sticker price when you bought your SRT vehicle. Go to their site and type in the last 8 of your VIN to see if you are eligible. If you do not own an SRT vehicle or have already done the SRT Experience, the cost is $500 per person, $60.00 per guest per the following information on: http://www.srttrackexperience.com/.

We have access to this from a wonderful fellow forum member.
We have 16 rooms, eight rooms have 2 beds, and eight rooms have 1 bed. All beds are queen size. The overall group reservation is from 30NOV to 3DEC. Each party must call to reserve their room and provide a credit card before October 31st. Reservations can be made with the front desk at 831-372-6133. The rate is $68 per night.

you have plenty of time for the caravan or fly up and room issues...
what you don't have a lot of time to sign up for is the SRTTE section of the deal...
it is publically available to anyone and everyone and I have no pull or ins with anyone at SRTTE...

Installed the mopar CAI over the weekend to compliment the Zoomers system. Curious to see what you think ... and thanks again for the compliment. I took on a carrera gt yesterday going down into the Cove via La Jolla pkwy ... needless to say he destroyed me, but was still very impressed w the jeep!!! We gotta get together .. I took some pics on my phone. Peace

we have a hotel, but at $149.00 a night...
we are working on one that is half the cost... I've heard that one somewhere before )...
a fellow forum member is checking on availbility with his "access" to the source of rooms...
this would be a steal for us...
more info to follow...

we also have 34 of the 75 spots as well.

And supposedly there is some Saturday slots open for the SRTTE still...
some cancelled and as of a week ago there was a couple of openings...

I'm doing Dec 8th at Sonoma. Bringing a buddy down on Thursday night, and the wives are coming down Friday night for a weekend of vino. Should be a lot of fun.

Hey all!

Good news!

FYI, the Navy Lodge lady sent me an email saying there are 8 rooms left. Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance. She also said we have until November 10th to book.
So don't DELAY!!!

On another note, I should be getting caravan info out soon as to what we are doing, when we are leaving and arrival times so we can hear all the juicy gossip from the Friday day 1 attendees.
