I was on the way to get gas tonight and a cop followed me the whole way there, then kept on going when I pulled in. Left the station 10 min later and there he was again, right behind me. We met at the next light / T intersection and he flashed his lights, then pulled up to my right. After he gave me the thumbs up, I rolled down my window and he started to tell me how much he loved the truck. He told me he couldn't catch sh*t in his crown vic and that they were trying to get the department Ford Fusions:p . . . poor bastard. . . after letting him hear the B&B at full blast, I'll bet he'll be lobbying for hemi's on Mon. morning!

I didn't get stopped, but had one make a U-turn in a busy intersection and thought for sure he had noticed the lack of front mounted license plate. Followed me and slowly rolled up alongside of me, then kept going. Not sure whether he noticed the plate, or decided he didn't care. Perhaps, he was checking out the vehicle as around here there are a few Chargers the cops are using. Beware....

yes i've seen some unmarked charger cruisers here as well. one in brooklyn and one in staten island. the one in si had three black cylinders coming out of the trunk (antennas i guess), the one in bk had nothing..i'd never have thought it was a unit..then the lights came on.

wish all the cops were car enthusiasts. could come in handy.
NICE!!! The City here has (4) unmarked radar Chargers and the State has several marked and unmarked Chargers. They are hard to see til you're right up on them.

Luckily for me, they're going back to the classic black and white Crown Vic's here (except for unmarked ones). Will make them VERY easy to spot.
