: Black Racemesh just arrived at my office
So I love the Racemesh product, but with the overall look of my ride, the chrome (electroplated) Racemesh just didn't flow for me. I spoke with Michael at Racemesh, and he told me to send it back and he'd swap me for a black one. This is one of those mods that won't be noticeable from a distance. It'll just look stock.... black. But up close, if you know what you're looking for, you'll be able to see.
I love it. Here are some pics..... now I'm going to pull the jeep around to the back of the building and put them on :)

I do agree though, the black looks better on silver whether its stock or not very different. ;)

I understand what you mean by looking up close. The stock mesh looks cheezy IMO close up.

Yeah... I really don't like the stock plastic chain link at all.
I got this replacement one in about 10 days from when I mailed the other one back.

Well we obviously have different opinions on the cost of things. I would have never spent $700 on that mod. I work hard for my money and like to get my moneys worth when I buy something. :cool:

Who cares what it cost him, if he has the coin and likes the product, then why bash him or the product? :confused:
