That doesn't look like it flipped - it looks like it got rear ended off center. which would make the driver not that much of an idiot.

to me it looks as if it was hit on the right and never flipped... the left rear damage is from the image on the right side.. but i may be wrong.. either way to wreck a truck with 450 miles on it would suck

still has the airbag warning sticker on the passenger. THis was a rear pass quarter hit or a spin rear hit. Either way good spare parts car BILL

Total shame. Brand spankin new. Only 450 miles and still had the air bag warning tag (I think that's what that is) still sticking outof the glove box.

I'm guessing that they were still breaking it in. Either he put the cai on immediately or had it dealer installed and just got tagged :eek:

Looks to me like a rear passenger side 1/4 Collision. Appears to me that another vehicle hit the SRT8 at approx. an 80* angle, if looking down on the SRT8 on a diagram.

EDIT: Just studied the pics a bit more. I can tell you that another vehicle impacted the truck at >40mph behind the rear passenger wheel. The SRT8 was pushed on it's axis and the rear drivers side impacted an object.

I'm surprised that it looks like the air bags didn't go off. My guess is he spun out and hit something, might have rolled, but maybe just a couple of good hits. I am surprised also that it is totaled. And by the way, ever check a CarFax? I am pretty sure in Illinois, insurance claims aren't reported to CarFax.
