I'm new to the GC SRT8 forum, but wanted to say that it seems to be a great one. While I dont have a GC yet, I have learned a lot here and I plan to get one as soon as I sell my current toy, a '93 Corvette Z-1. Under orders from the boss. Have to get down to two cars from three, so that and the Audi A6 will have to go. But since I need a hauler (the Audi has fold down seats) and four wheel drive, I will have to get a Jeep. And since I am giving up 450 HP in the ZR-1...."Honey, I'll think I'll just look for a used Jeep, Okay?" I will change my Avatar when I get one. Hopefully sooner rather than later...

The GC Srt is great, however as a past ZR-1 owner in the 90's I was sorry to see it go probably as you are. The Jeep is a great driver, more so than your ZR-1 vette, and then some. You made a good choice, AWD and warranty with more h.p.

It is tough to let something go that has been such an important part of my life for so long. But times changes, and at least this way I know I can get the same performance in an unusual but practical vehicle. And with about 20 years newer technology. i just hope I can find the right buyer for the Z, since it is a rare and special car, and I would like to find someone who is really passionate about them, since I have so much in parperwork, parts and history to pass along. We'll see over the next few months....
