OK, There are a lot off positive and negative feedback about companies on this forum. With owning two businesses I know how important it is to have great customer service, also it is good to hear it from someone once and a while. Rather than all the complaints!

I COMPLETELY agree. I ordered a Volant from them, and got it in 3 days. Then the next week I ordered a second volant, and it arrived the NEXT day! Plus, they called me after the second order to confirm I really wanted two. TOP NOTCH people at SHR!!!

I placed an order for a B&B system from you about Nov/Dec last year and was always kept in the loop as to where my order sat in the timeline of production and shipment, hats of to you for this I am only now writing this as my exhaust was then sitting in a container for a while on it's way to Australia, as the system arrived yesterday and was fitted last night I am all giddy like a child in a lolly shop with the new growl off this beast.
I must say all to often we hear about the **** product/problems and lack of service we the consumer receive from manufacturers/distributer out there, that we all must make an effort to praise the efforts of those that make business enjoyable.
I am now after a CAI and guess who I'll be doing business with again!!

For sure the Volant, you can easily make the ram air, it is inclosed so it keeps the heat out. And if you want the loud growl of the dub just unscrew the four bolts and pull thecover off. you will still have the ram air suppling the cooler air.
