Was going to my buddys condo downtown for a poker game and could not find parking anywhere so I ended up parking inside his garage in a spot no one is using. Come back down 3 hours later and find my beast gone.
Now my question is this. After I picked up the car, I didnt see any visible damage, and I even asked if a flat bed was used to tow my truck. Was told yes, however I didnt see any flatbed trucks at the towing lot. Truck drives fine, but there is no way a flatbed could have fit into that condo parking garage.
Anyone know what I should check tomorrow morning if my truck was towed with a regular tow truck. Will it cause any damage to the 4wd system??
Guch.

I repoed a long time ago and you were probably picked up with a quick pick system and tow dollies......
because he didn't use the dollies it would bind the transfer case up.......
Hows it driving?

Sorry to hear that Godfather. Nothing like walking out to your ride and then wondering where it is. Did you check under the front fascia and rear bumber for any indentations in the plastic? If its running fine, you should not have any problems.

No damage to the rims or the bumpers. Guess I got lucky. I thought for sure the front was going to be messed up while I was going to the tow lot. I kept thinking of what Shoda said about how that tow truck driver messed up his front fascia.

Godfather, that just pertains to me. I I did not have bad luck with SRT's, I would have no luck at all. Yesterday I went to the dealer to have the outside driver side glass replaced. Well, naturally they had to order the part, and it came in this morning. I went to the dealer, and since I was there, said go ahead and change the oil. To make a long story short, I had the work done, and was happy. I was 1/2 way home and decided to adjust the outside mirror. It would not move....back to the dealer. THey have to order the entire piece since the tech broke the motor. It will be in nexct week. When I got home, I checked the oil level. It was 1" above the full line. Total idiots. Glad your Jeep was not messed up.

Is it actually his garage? If so they had no right to tow you.
On the other hand, if it is a garage for condo residents then you had no business parking there and must have taken someones paid for spot.
Hope you won the poker game to pay for the tow.;)
