The Mopar performance cold air intake system provides noticeable horsepower and torque gains under varying atmospheric conditions. Includes all mounting hardware and a pre-oiled, washable and reusable filter. Chip upgrade was quoted to me from the performance guru at the dealership when I asked about upgrades. I have read a lot and realize this hasn't been perfected yet - his comment was there is a mopar chip upgrade that allows the throttle to fully open. I haven't researched it beyond that.
