Well I hate to crowd the forum with these kinds of posts, however I feel the need to warn you guys.
I placed an order with them on March 6th for two kits, lows and fogs. I recieved notice the next day that my Fog kit was sold out, and I chose to wait till both were in stock before they shipped. A week goes by....nothing. I emailed Steve, and he emailed back that the kit was clearing customs soon. I continue to wait...and wait....
I send an email asking for order status update...no reply. I send another two days later, I get a reply that they are NOW clearing customs (this was Friday March 16th) and I would get free next day shipping, and a tracking # soon. Friday. I recieve a tracking number MONDAY morning for DHL. I check the status, nothing. I check yesterday, nothing. The number does not exist. I check TODAY, nothing. I call DHL, they tell me the number is bogus and is not in their system at all.

At this point, I'm very upset. So be warned guys, I would NOT do business with this company.

A. It's entirely possible that customs would take that long to clear a package.
B. If a tracking number is one digit off, then it could be considered "bogus". It is possible you got a wrong tracking number and they sent it via ground. Try to optimistic. :)

I completely understand, and I feel I've been more than understanding.
I understand how long customs can take, but do not tell me you're going to send a tracking # then require me to send TWO emails before I recieve it.
Also, the tracking # incident is understandable. I'm hoping that's the case. However, in the email I recieved it appears to be a direct copy/paste in the manner in which it's formatted.
I'm doing my best to be optimistic. I just want my damn lights!!!

Ok. Good news to report. Just recieved this email from Steve:
"Hi John,
That is the correct tracking number. I am looking at my copy of the waybill
as I am typing this email. Believe me when I say that I have nothing to
gain by sending you a bogus tracking number. Leave this with me and I
assure you that I am looking into this for you.

Most of these kits come from China and the 3000k kit or just the correct size bulb usually is not something they have sitting on the shelf.
I had to wait for two weeks for mine also. Not a big deal.
A month for my exhaust is a much bigger deal for me.
Well at least he is trying to make good!

UPDATE:
My lights mailed LAST NIGHT and should arrive today. Apparently they became lost in the system and actually never left the warehouse.
Steve was excellent and got right on it, kudos to Xenondepot.

I was starting to get worried. This is a Canadian (Toronto) company.
How much did you pay Mango?

Around $600 for both kits. I just installed the low beams, and it seems I broke one of the bulbs while installing it.
They fit REALLY TIGHT into the socket, and would not fully turn/lock into the socket. Is this normal? They'd go till they were tight, and not turn anymore.
