No problem that I know of. If you are referring to the 1-2 shift hesitation on 06 and some 07 models, this only happens at full throttle, so for most people it is not even an issue for daily driving.

thx for replaying .. the 06 doesnt shift gears in manual mode .. but in 07 it shifts automatically?? thats y it makes the 07 faster than the 06 model?

The tcm tsb for the '06 will enable auto upshift, my gcsrt8 does seem faster since I had it done a few weeks ago, but now my transmission pan gasket is leaking.

the interior of your infiniti is the best in it's class! it's no slouch, performance wise, either. make no mistake about it, this truck is a beast, and has the street presence of anything less than exotic, but, twice a wk. you will remind yourself that it does not have the interior of it's predecessors'. this, is all on top of a general sense that daimler stopped 6 mos. short of working out the "little" things, which make a new 45k car what it is. don't get me wrong...this thing is arguably one of the best bangs for the buck out there...but it leaves one thinking of the new m3!

There are no mechanical issues w/the Jeep tranny. The TSB was a flash to improove the shift timing. You want to see tranny problems check this out: http://www.cherokeesrt8.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3284
