I ordered my Jeep on 8/31. I called Chrysler today they tell me my vehicle is in DX status which means that it is a good order and waiting to build. Anybody know how long it takes to get to build status? How long after the build starts til it arrives at dealer? I want to call everyday. I just want to drive it. I read the threads and watch the vids and they just make me jones even more.

I felt your pain once. It normally takes at least 4 weeks after you order to receive your Jeep. I received mine in under 5 weeks and I did call every other business day.

Are you calling your dealer or Chrysler direct at 1-800-334-9200?

I can't remember what the status means. Do you already have a VON and a VIN?

The Chrysler # I call is 800-992-1997. Yes, I have the VON, but no VIN.

Just called Chrysler again. Still no production date. How long is it going to take?
