Did I tell you I love my Jeep?
I finally made it to an event they call test & tune at Bahrain International Circuit . My best time was 13.240 ... here are my time slips... My worst time for the evening was a 13.659. However, all but one the worst run was under 13.5. I tried different launches... and D compared to the auto stick. I found that the best launches seemed to be just stomp and go...

Remember "Hemi's hate heat".
Pick up a couple of easy tenths by switching to a 170* thermostat and the fan mod to keep the beast cooled to 170*.

It was an unusually cool night for here... 68ºF. :D

Are you recommending a 170ºF? I thought people were getting lights on those?
Finding stuff here in Saudi makes mod'ing a bit difficult. I might have to find out what EXTM is doing for ordering stuff. I'm very interested to know how the supercharged 7.0L is doing for #'s.

Believe the winter season, maybe below 45*, sets off the code with the 170*. I have not had a code or preliminary code since it has warmed up in Charlotte to above 45*.

The States version doesn't have the side markers? I love the fact ours doesn't have the goofy antennae. Although I'd really like the larger wheels on back.

my website has some pic's plus the commercial....

Dude, I'm going Thurs... starts at 6pm. I was also trying to do the open track on Fri but there is a slight chance I can get my race worn tires replaced. I suspect if I race too much more they won't do it under warranty. I've managed to shave off enough rubber they require the dealer to fix the mechanical problem before replacing the tires for unusual wear

So does the WMD on the plate stand for Wild Middleastern Driver? And i dont think they offer Un-tinted windows here in the states either.

Ohh my god that's funny!
They pretty much think I'm the craziest American in the Middle East with way too much money to burn. I've decided I really want to race Fri because it will be on their Grand Prix circuit. I'm hoping I don't shave quite as much rubber as I did on the inner track.
Someone here says "Drive it like you stole it" --- That sounds like the best way to own a vehicle.

Yeah... damm I wish it had factory tinted windows too!

The drags got cancelled last night.... major bummer. The shamal was so bad it was like white out conditions coming back over the causeway. Although, I went ahead and signed up for the open track for today anyway. And then they plan on the drag competitions tonight. Since I will be there all day... I'm not sure if I will hang for the drags... but we shall see. There are a few mod's I really want to do to see if I can hit the 12's.... It really all depends on how tired I get..... It gets to be a very long day driving back and forth.
