The few Jeep GC SRT8's ive seen on the road have given a mutual wave or whatever it might be, basically acknowledging that we have a sweet but rare ride.

So what I am getting at..... Do you find the same with other SRT models? IE Challenger, Charger, etc.... Ive passed a few non Jeep SRT8's and nothing tossed back my way

I just plain dont see any around my neck of the woods. Theres a guy with a caliber SRT4that I met around here, he wanted a jeep from seeing mine around but his wife wasnt havin' it with the fuel milage. we always wave/talk when we see each other now.

I wave to all Jeep srt8`s I pass

I even waved to a guy in a grand cherokee with a srt 8 front bumper. He was soo happy to see me wave

Also a TBSS, I waved and passed him right as I came up to a red light. When it went green his lane went first and he revved it up when he passed me :)

Occasionally I get a thumbs up from a fellow SRT8 owner. Depends on the driver I guess -- Doesn't hurt to keep trying though. Maybe we need an 'SRT8 wave' or something?

I do like it when drivers of other cars give us some respect though :D Can't beat that feeling :)

I dont get any respect from other SRT owners here in Waco there are a few challenger owners here figured they thought they bought the holy grail of all SRT's met up with one at Little River one night there was my SRT Jeep, SRT 300 (owner was real cool), SRT10 Truck and then a new SRT Challenger rolls in and thinks he is king of the group still has dealer plates and asked what I had run before I got there and told him 12.8 he was like damn then I should run at least a 12.5 or faster (stock) I just kept my mouth shut, watched his first pass which was a 13.8 he comes back with this WTF just happened look on his face and goes into this spill how the salesman told him the new Challenger was the fastest among all the SRT8's. I also have found that some other SRT owners don't even know about the SRT8 Jeep

The Chally is a good looking SRT, but overall its tough to beat the Jeep SRT8 as a package. I looked at one at the dealer last week, and I wouldn't trade the Jeep straight up for a new Challenger. It seems like for the money they got it pretty close to 'just right' on the Jeep with the 6.1, gearing, awd, interior, brakes, wheels, body kit, etc. Plus plenty of mod opportunities. Its nice to have plenty of HP upgrades that don't cost a fortune. And as many have said, the Jeep just manages to perform beyond what should be possible and that is part of the allure.

I see few SRT8 Jeeps here in Seattle. And when I do see one, I flashed my lights or honk.
SRT8 Magnum's, Charger's, and Challenger's are around but the Jeep is the Rarest.
SRT4's are also common around here.

I agree.... or they just hate that their SRT8 is not at the top and wont acknowledge us.

Yeah not much SRT owner around here, there is a SRT4 on base, but that's about it, there might be some others around town but never saw them. The dealership where i do my service got a SRT challenger, but last time i check he wasn't selling it.
I saw a Challenger srt at the track also, but when i went to talk to him,the guy was a jerk, and he never came close to my 1/4 time.
