First off let me say that Tom is a great guy. I conntacted him yesterday about getting a custom tune and he was very helpful the entire time. I had to call him several times with computer troubles and he walked me through everything. He then called Andy and asked him to do my tune before he left for the weekend. So instead of having to wait until moday for my tune I got it at 10:38 last night. That is great customer service, it was after 10pm on a Friday night and they were still working for me! Thank you MHP and a huge thank you to Tom and Andy.

PS it is unbelievable what their tune did for my jeep. It really woke it up! It shifts so much better and firmer and is an overall better drive.

Yeah MHP is top notch! One day it was really late like 12 or 1 am CST and I was talking to Tom about ordering my headers. Tom is a great guy and very knowledgeable about the jeep cuz he owns on himself! Great customer service as well!!

I have to agree the service I got was great as well. I uninstalled my tune the other day before I went to the dealer, I could not believe it was the same Jeep. (It felt like a POS) I had to reinstall it as soon as I got home!!

+1 on Tom being great at MHP. VERY good customer service and product. Super helpful.

I did the same, reinstalled the factory tune for a simple dealer warranty trip.. and reinstalled the MHP tune right after leaving the dealer... before I even got home!!!!
