I am pretty booked at work for the rest of the month but could come by after work on a Saturday.

Yeah I know what you mean about the IMSM Racing series event. I called and emailed the Drag strip and I am still waitting to hear back from them. I want to know if the event is going to take up the whole day or will there be some fun racing time scheduled for us. I have a bad feeling that there will not be enough time for fun racing. If they do have it and its late in the evening then I probably will not go so that I can make it to the get together. Keep us posted if you hear back first.

LOL.......Yeah, I looked at the schedule on the IMSM site. I also know a few people that have raced IMSM and talked to them. Just wanted to know if it would be worth going for test and tune on a day they have a race scheduled. I think it will be ok.

I beleive that I have an extra helmet that you can use and its a Shoei in a Medium. This is just an extra motorcycle helmet that I have so I will bring it with me. So hopefully you can make it out SUN morning!

Yeah same here. I have not heard back yet but from what I seen on the IMSM racing site there is room to do test and tune before the event starts at 12 PM. So I am thinking of heading up around 7 to 7:30 AM or so Dan. Hope you can make it out man!

Just got a hold of GLD...they're basically blending both the IMSM event and the "Fun Racing" (test/tune)...The gates open at 8am and it's 40 bucks/driver...The lady I spoke to also said that we should be able to get a fair amount of runs in if we get there early...

Just as we were getting ready to load up this morning, unbeknownst to me, a buddy of mine was balancing tire pressures out with a dual filler/gauge setup on all of the cars, and broke off the TPMS stem while trying to loosen my valve cap stem. So the tire goes immediately flat, and I won't be able to get another TPMS til tomorrow. :(

LOL! Thats funny bro! Yeah on the way home I tried a launch at the same light and it still didn't feel like yours Dan. Might have to add that mod to the list:D Well thats cool that your boy is going to do the chrome that will put the finishing touches to your Beast, but hopefully we can do the indoor racing thing. I think its a great idea and I have always wanted to hit one up.

I must say, it is much different riding as a passenger in one of these things......which my ride in Chad's Jeep is only the second time being a passenger in one, LOL.

If anyone on here is a golfer you will understand I took advantage of the sunny weather and went golfing with a few friends at Tam O Shanter in Niles (if you golf you have to go here, its a great course and has a great bar with hot young waitresses!!)

You're Jeep is crazy! Definitely puts a supercharger on the short list, so you royally suck for that. I think you and Dan needs tunes to slow you down so I don't get the urge to spend money. LOL
Once I get the tunes, if you want to play around with datalogging, no problem.


As a side note, the solenoids and valvebody make a nice improvement to the shifting of the Jeep.
Installing isn't too bad either, should only take a couple of hours, a little longer if you have headers since the cross pipe will need to be moved.

Yep, Eric and I were talking about that the other day. Pretty much the same guys at every GTG, if you notice we were mainly BS'ing and only a little bit of checking out the Jeeps not much. We can BS inside :D and still go for "test runs" if people want to check out certain mods :eek:
